Staff from AN Group taking pictures of monocotyledons and dicotyledons in a tomato field aimed at feeding and training the Neural Networks in May 2021. The photos were taken at the experimental farm of the AN Group (CENTEX) located in Castejón (Navarra) corresponding to the agroclimatic conditions of the Ebro valley with a dry Mediterranean climate, representative of the cultivation of horticultural crops by farmers of AN S.Coop. from Navarra, Aragon and La Rioja. The farm is 230 hectares in size and is located in the Castejón municipality (Navarra). A flat orography with a maximum elevation of 400 meters above sea level is present, as well as soil with a coarse, sandy-loam texture. The agro-climatic conditions are typical of the Ebro valley, medium and low, temperate, steppe climate, with aridity as one of its main characteristics, with an average annual accumulated rainfall of less than 400 l/m2, an average annual temperature of 14.4o C, and high insolation of around 2,800 hectares/year. Another notable feature is the wind, which blows in a northwest-to-southeast direction most of the time.
